To get an application form either ask the Library Staff for one, or click on the button that says "download application" to print it out from your house, or send it by email. You will have to agree to our library rules and let one of your parents sign the form. Once you have signed the application form just give it to the library staff, and we will approve it if it has everything signed. When we have everything done for you we will give you your own library card.
